Day in and day out, we work with diverse community groups to help them harness the power of moving well — empowering change that can transform lives.

We do this through three distinct programs, tailored to different demographics:

Active Schools
Approaching physical activity in a way that goes beyond traditional sport and education models, featuring activities, games and challenges that build essential life skills and promote mindfulness and connection.

Community Movement & Wellness
Working with people and places in the community to understand and grow their relationship with movement, WHILE boostING their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Corporate Workshops
Uniting workplace communities through movement and mindfulness, and combating the sedentary nature & postures of the modern workforce.
